We are sure that many people, after watching the rom-com series “Crash Course in Romances”, are still captivated by its intense, comedic, and romantic storyline. Additionally, many people have fallen in love with the series’ soundtrack. However, only a few know that behind this soundtrack is the talented singer Ju-hyuk Lee.

“Crash Course in Romances” has a total of five parts in its soundtrack, and Ju-hyuk Lee sings the song “Gypsophila,” which is Part 1. With his charming, gentle, and sweet vocals, this song has gained immense popularity.

The lyrics describe the beauty of the Gypsophila flower, symbolizing a woman’s beauty resembling a flower. It beautifully aligns with the storyline of the series, where the protagonist, Chae Soo-hyun (played by Jung Kyung-ho), a tutor at The Pride, a prestigious private institution, falls in love with a woman but struggles to express his feelings.

The story is about their journey and also explores the protagonist’s struggles with mental health, including eating disorders and insomnia due to emotional turmoil. A former national handball player who left the sports scene to support his niece Nam Hae-yi (played by Roh Yoon-seo), the daughter of his older sister, Hang-chon earns a living by running a food stall, and it is during this meeting that Chae Soo-hyun finally manages to eat a proper meal.

Furthermore, Hang-chon sends Hae-yi to receive private tutoring from Chae Soo-hyun, leading to a chaotic and heartwarming love story.
