[stan] is a first-of-its-kind social network app that brings artists and fans together in one global community, with the vision to redefine fan-engagement and offer real fan interaction. A revolutionary web3 platform leveraging blockchain technology, [stan] is dedicated to building an immersive digital experience that integrates social community, exclusive content, and the exciting world of NFTs, where users can connect, interact, and collect, trade, and bid for authentic and original artist content. More than just a social platform, [stan] is committed to creating a positive social impact, whereby a portion of the proceeds from in-app social interactions will be donated to a charity of the artist’s choice.  

What are the features of [stan]?

Profile, post feed, explore artist, fans and content, streaming content, live artist streams, short clips, like/emoticons/comments, community features, NFT platform and auction, seamless built-in blockchain technology, blockchain wallet support (MetaMask). 

Where can I download [stan]?

[stan] is available for download in the Apple Store in iOS and Google Play on Android

Can I access [stan] on desktop or website?

[stan] is online at https://stan.win/. The auction website to trade artist’s NFTs with blockchain tokens is https://nft.stan.win

What country is [stan] from?

[stan] does not have country boundaries but was founded in Seoul, South Korea.

What are the countries [stan] is available in?

[stan] is available in over 90 countries around the world.

Can I change language in the [stan] app?

In the User Profile – Settings – Configure – Languages, users can change the system language.

Account & Membership

How do I create an account?

[stan] supports quick and easy login by means of pre-existting Google, Apple, Facebook, Kakaotalk, Line and Naver accounts. 

How do I change my password?

[stan] supports quick and easy login by means of Google, Apple, Facebook, Kakaotalk, Line and Naver accounts and therefore, does not require a password. 

How do I delete my account?

In the User Profile – Settings – Delete Account. 

Will my account be restored if I delete my account and sign up again?

When an account is deleted, it cannot be restored. 

Can I make my account private on [stan]?

Can I restrict comments or activity on my [stan] profile?

[stan] does not support restrictions on profiles. 

How can I invite and refer my friends to join [stan]?

In the user profile, top left icon is a referral page. Users receive 5 [stan] points when an invited friend joins the community.

How do I enable or customize notifications?

Customize your notifications in the User Profile – Settings – Configure – Notification

My account has been compromised / My account has been hacked / I’ve detected suspicious and unauthorised activity in my [stan] account. What should I do?

In the User profile – Settings – Contact [stan] – select subject General Request and explain your situation.

In-app Features

How can I support artists on [stan]?

Actively like, comment, upload and donate emoticons to support your favourite artists. Also, you can purchase artist NFT’s from the collections they create or in the collection of other users (artists receive a royalty from all re-sells of their NFTs).

How do I earn [stan] points?

Invite friends and earn [stan] points; also, your friends on [stan] can gift you their points.

How do I use my [stan] points?

Emoticons have [stan] point values. You can use them to support to your favorite artists and their posts or you can gift them to your friends on [stan]. You can also use them to buy NFTs from artists as well as artists’ collections that other users on [stan] may hold.

Can I transfer my [stan] points to another fan account?

Users can donate and/or gift [stan] points to any artists and other users.

Do [stan] points expire?

[stan] points do not expire.

What is the [stan] leaderboard?

[stan] has a global leaderboard showing the most active users that is updated in real time to show who is each artist’s number one fan. Each artist has their own leaderboard, showing which fans are most actively supporting them. Also, artists themselves are ranked to show which fanbases are the most active on [stan]. Top ranked fans get VVIP status and have access to exclusive/paid content and will be invited to online/offline activities which will be announced depending on each artist’s events.

What are clans? How do I join a clan? Can I create a new clan?

Clans are groups of limited fans who can discuss, share, exchange content within a smaller, self-defined community. Anyone can set up a clan and invite friends to join their clan. In the User Profile – Clan icon – Create Your Clan.

How will I know if artists have started a livestream on [stan]?

Fans following any artist who has started a livestream will get a notification when that artist begins a livestream. Any artist livestreaming will be marked/circled red in the artist list at the top of the home menu.

I missed an artist’s livestream. Can I replay it?

All livestreams are automatically recorded and placed in their account and can be replayed anytime at the video streaming menu.

What are [stan]’s community guidelines for users?

Guidelines for the [stan] community are shown in the Terms of Services in the User Profile – Setting – About [stan] – Terms of Service.

How can I report inappropriate user activity?

In the User Profile – Settings – Contact [stan] – select subject General Request and please describe the situation in as much detail as possible.

Payments

What are the payment methods accepted?

We follow the Apple Store and Google Play’s payment policy. All payments used with MetaMask are supported as well. 

How do I make in-app purchases?

In the home menu click on the [stan] icon at the top to open the [stan] points menu. You will see the purchased, spent and received history and the link to purchase additional points.

  1. Can I use an international credit or debit card?
    We follow the Apple Store and Google Play’s payment policy. All international credit and or debit cards which are supported in the user’s country are accepted.
  2. Can I use paypal?
    We follow the Apple Store and Google Play’s payment policy.
  3. What currency can I pay with?
    We follow the Apple Store and Google Play’s payment policy, so user’s local currency is accepted.
Can I cancel a purchase after making a payment?

We cannot cancel a purchase after making a payment. In case there is an issue with [stan] points contact us at User Profile – Settings – Contact [stan] – subject Problem [stan] Points and explain the issue in detail.

Can I request a refund or exchange after making a payment?

This is done only on a case-by-case basis to mitigate fraudulent use. Please contact us at User Profile – Settings – Contact [stan] – subject Problem [stan] Points and explain the issue in detail.

I’m having trouble using my [stan] points. How do I fix it?

How do I check payment history?

We follow the Apple Store and Google Play’s payment policy. For blockchain transactions, we support the widely used and secure MetaMask wallet that guarantees the highest level of safety in transactions.
