Marco (마르코) was born on May 11, 1993 in Gwangju, South Korea, real name and surname Lee Hyung-geun (이형근) is a Taurus boy, height 180 cm, weight 60 kg, blood type O. His childhood dream was to be a comedian and actor and he eventually enrolled in an acting class with an acting agency.
Marco used to be a professional model and he likes to write songs. When he had the opportunity to become a member of UNB, he demonstrated this ability by helping to write the song “Only One”. However, UNB was not the first group Marco had been a member of. He debuted in 2017 with HBY (Hot Blood Youth), but three years later the group disbanded in 2020. While with HBY, Marco participated in the survival show The Unit and was voted on. Ranked 5th (with 81,606 votes) and debuted with UNB in 2018, the group was part of the survival program The Unit, but disbanded the following year in 2019.
